I have created this turnkey-reviews site with another BP member and its totally free ... one day we would like to make a few bucks on it with add on advertising but its free for those who wish to compare Turn key companies nationwide and leave a review.. good or bad...

This very short-sighted logic is what is driving the rhetoric of rent control laws being implemented/proposed nationwide.

It shows how dishonest American businesses are compared to other countries.I never met a business owner who stuck with the PPC advertising with the exception of some nationwide franchises.

If they screwed over landlords nation-wide, rental costs would skyrocket.

They can also fail horribly doing the same things.I've found that it is 100% in what you get out of the information you receive, how you turn around and implement.My 2 cents:  Learn a lot from free or cheap sources and your local REIA and here on BP (which is basically a virtual, nationwide REIA, if you really think about it), and when you know what you want to do, invest in your education on that way of investing - super target niche, not a 1 size fits all $50,000 training program, of which you will probably utilize 5% of if you do one deal, maybe 10% of if you really get into investing. 

I have a lender that can help you that does nationwide.

One could argue that the marketplaces add nominal value as part of the underwriting process, but given that most of them are trying to be all things to all people and launch nationwide I don't really see how this is really feasible.  

I am working with a investment company that purchases properties nationwide, and for NC I need property managers for properties we may own all over the state.
