That part can be a headache, but it's not insurmountable.Do you think we'd have a market for that type of property since we are not located in a vacation destination?

I can get you great off market properties from Pensacola to Destin.

I can tell you last time we stayed in Destin the place didn't have a vacuum (which was ridiculous, there's sand everywhere and that alone would've changed our life during an 11 day stay) and one of those folding beach wagons (if they're allowed) would've been a game changer as well.

If spread out across the USA it is not as much of a big deal… we are already bidding against hedge funds to get good deals in my po-dunk market… Among the targets is neighboring cities to destination locations(basically Round Rock to Austin, West Palm Beach to Miami, Franklin to Nashville).Also, cities that have international airports in business friendly tax states for possible and assumed industry placement.

Who doesn't love the idea of owning beautiful properties in vacation destinations and hopping from STR to STR in their free time.

It is a popular tourist destination, a lot of people on spring break and here for spring training brought a lot of people in our area, which is typical for the end of Feb through mid April.

I just sent those documents in yesterday and I will contact my broker in the morning to see if the documents reached their destination.

I'd love to hear from people that have larger short term rentals in destination locations what they do in order to improve their listings and drive more bookings to their short-term rentals.
