Panama City Beach Decorator/Planner
Hey all!! We are closing on a property in PCB next month. I have been trying to plan out the best way to furnish it. I am not the most creative person and definitely not current on what is trending. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a decorator in the area. Especially, if they specialize in STRs.
I am also looking for some assistance in planning the long term improvements of the property. Basically, what I should add amenity wise, and other value add-ons whether that is adding on the to home or remodeling specific rooms. Not sure if there is a job title for something like this or what but I would like someone with STR experience in the PCB area that could help me plan for the future of this property. It has a lot of potential but I cannot afford all if it at once. So I am also looking for the best initial ROI for addons.
I have spent a bunch of time on the AirDna data for this area looking at top performers and ones similar to mine so I have a few good ideas. I think. I would be happy to just post a bunch of details and plans here and see what you all have to say about it. I appreciate all your time and advice and hope to be able to provide the same help to someone down the road.
