It is important that you only let the telephone ring three times before hanging up.

So the "vacant" thing is not ringing true in my test. but the phone rang with 1 very good lead (SFR, high equity), 1 OK lead (duplex with renters), and 1 that was not viable (condo with low equity).

Sometimes you just get a bad batch and your phone doesn't ring at all, and if it does its just a tire kicker.

My copy is direct and to the point without the gimmicky dollar signs, although my call to action is clear.One other thing to take note of....many times it takes more than one touch to get your phone ringing.

I have used the 18x24" signs in the past and they do get the phone ringing.

Corollary: if it's not ringing, start dialing.

You can then set google voice to ring multiple people at once.

Don't expect the phone to ring off the hook from one mailing.
