Tenants emailed me this AM - fridge not staying cool, food spoiled.

Occasionally for kicks and to push my button he would let someone in, then he would be floating on a raft in the backyard pool totally naked and the house would be full of fast food left to rot on the counters, dirty laundry all over the floors, etc.The few people who did get to see it assumed that there was a major problem with the master bath. 

She used the warehouse to start a food distribution center in 1998.

Hi AllThere is a facebook group in my town that caters to the AirForce who I like to rent to, I don't use facebook yet for this purpose, how should I best do this? 

So far, I am thinking it would be good to have:Stainless steel tub interior (supposed to be more durable)Hard food disposer  (to minimize potential repair calls in case they aren’t so good at scraping their plates)Sensor wash (for ease of use, so they don’t complain the thing doesn’t wash thoroughly if they are bad at picking the right setting)In particular, has anyone bought a dishwasher recently & could make a recommendation?

Just some more food for thought that doesn't require sacrificing 10% of your equity in selling costs and having the clock ticking on the 1031 exchange in the middle of a white-hot market. 

need 3 times rent to qualify someone living on 1500 a month  take out 500 for rent  100 for utls  car if they have one etc.. leaves about 700 bucks a month to buy your food  clothes etc.. how would you do on 700 a month ? 

Find sites that cater to travel workers and see if you can find comps in your area to base your rents on, but if they're trying to book more than 28 days at your nightly rate, keep rolling with that.
