Some of what was found:- glass in front of both crawl spaces (seemingly intentional)- all of the meters were spray painted over- some rooms were inaccessible due to the amount of trash/furniture in the way- registered sex offender on the propertyThankfully, we walked away.

Maybe a couple stained glass windows.

I am not kidding, I merely saw tall bushes and a home in horrible repair, and I did not research her late payment history with the bank.

This is a good problem to have, but I'm not sure what I should be looking at or if my glasses are getting foggy. 

Now I do have an updated analysis posted. if you can find it please put your magnifying glass on it and slap it around.

If you can just replace the glass or the sash, it could be closer to $100 per window.
