@Wesley Myers are you buying this as a second home or investment property?

I've been running my STR for 2.5 years now and have all but 1 5-star reviews (one was a 4).  

You know this by having worked with rock stars in the past.

Don't get me wrong bears are great, and the guests are twofold, they either love to see the bears or they are scared to death (Got a 4 star review because a bear came everyday and sniffed their car and got in the back of their pickup truck one afternoon).  

I love providing a 5 star stay to guests and making sure they have a great vacation.

In Ohio a property management company must be a licensed broker to run a management company. 1. check public records to see how many evictions they file monthly. 2. request references3. ask for references from contractors that they use that are licensed. 4. check reviews . don't look for 5 stars, but look for reviews from other investors.

I have heard good things about reonomy although it does not have as many features as co-star it is cheaper.
