I disagree that making a loan to a guy who owns a shirt shop for his inventory and taking his primary residence as collateral is exempt, there are more issues in loan classifications than intentions claimed.

i saw something about a bulk permit with usps but have no idea how much they will charge on each stamp..please let me know what you guys think.thank you for your help, Danielle.
