They are going to promise the world and it MAY all be a scam.

Curious to hear your comments-is this a scam or legit? 

I received a scam call from Loan Depot offering really good opportunity to Refi my Condo and it looked so straightforward and smooth process all different than the service I received from my broker lender to get the loan for the property purchasing...It looks like Loan Depot they do the refi in less time and they require less paperwork and the guy promised that they will match any APR rate I could find anywhere else.
