This is how we protect people from getting taken advantage of on this site.

Hi, all, I see in this forum many people are recommending form a LLC and use the LLC to hold rental for asset protection purpose.

The tenant has a few other people that I am not aware of living in the unit and also have two dogs.

People I can learn from and really build an honest working relationship with !

None of these people would need the money back in less than 5 years. 

It's possible that they heard a little bit too much from the fair housing commission and are now considered a "professional tenant"Usually these people will not listen keep withholding payment, and take advantage of the system as much as possible.

I think both need a great deal of people skills being able to deal with multiple different people with multiple different desires in the transaction and being able to balance all of that is hard work in of itself.

Some were innocent victims , crime on average people , others were criminals on criminals .
