If your located in the Chicago area, please recommend some groups and resources.My thought was to find out communities with the most married and elderly demographics and search for properties in the area to see if any recent divorces or deaths were filed.

I simply tell them to check out the area and its demographics from 2015 listed on loopnet, Google Earth the neighborhood, and talk to investors that are actually investing in that area that don't want anything from you at all.

(You basically add a simple tracking code when setting up the Fbook ad, anytime someone clicks, it then stores there info so you can then run more campaigns targeting just the audience you built off of clicks to your ad) My targeting I mentioned was all Facebook ads, you can target many different behaviors and demographics
