From a vacancy rate perspective isn't 20 doors still 20 doors whether they are concentrated in one building or disbursed geographically?

Some argue that wealth concentration is a good thing if you are an expert at something.

I'm still debating if the full amount will be allocated in Detroit, but I would be interested in concentrating my holdings and focus on a combination of buy/hold rentals, and flips.
