Additionally, it allows them to plan ahead by evaluating whether the property would be a suitable fit, such as ensuring adequate space for their current furniture, closet requirements, and so on.

One thing I have added is that no portable/temporary washing machines or dishwashers are allowed in units.

@Kellen King I get that but again, as I’ve said many times as a regular on the STR VR forum I would never be interested in “airbnbing” a garage, closet, studio, condo, hammock, or single family home in a residential area with neighbors that have a right to complain.

Boiler looks newer. 1 unit is a 1 bed room, 2nd has 1 bed room with smaller rm with closet but not big for a real 2 bed room. 2nd floor has full 3 bed rooms, living rm, dining rm and a 4th room with no closet.

. $120 to $140, depending on area, is a typical average build cost, but there are ways to lower costs.I have a floor plan for a slab on grade, ~1600 sq. ft. duplex, about 1750 per side with a maintenance closet separating the units.

He is also giving me 2 parking spaces, Free H20 hook up, a place to store and use a BBQ even though stove and oven inside unit with peninsula island, Vaulted 12 foot high living room with pull out additional queen size couch and flat screen tv, free wifi and satellite TV, Full size fridge and Microwave even alarge MBR closet that holds washer and dryer stackable(but the owner will let me use a new washer and dryer he has on land for free!
