There are a couple tactics you can use: hire an attorney to get an emergency hearing (this gives you time to build a case supposing there were errors in the process, believe it or not, there are many errors that are made along the way), the other is BK, though I just have them file to do my due diligence, I never have them go through with it.

Agreed, not the banks fault - certainly a delay tactic by the borrower.

Do not change tactics becuase one lender may handles disclosure differently than another.

My impression is that he's an adaptive operator who moves with stealth techniques, gathers intelligence on the situation of the mission, then resolves the matter with overwhelming tactical assets and firepower to complete the mission.

@Mike Garza so it sounds like finding out who is getting divorced or who just got divorced could be a good tactic.
