The home included indoor pool and racquetball court and had hundreds of acres of pine trees around it.

Don't forget walnut panneling, spanish wrought iron light fixtures, fuzzy toilet seat covers to match the tile, hanging lamps with garden bottoms for ivy, entry planters on dividers and outside lawn art, white geese and ducks.

They are also nice as they allow your tenants to have "zones" depending on how many indoor units you put in, which can help reduce energy bills.
