I got a termite inspector to go and see the property and he said that it's extremely bad and that the owner didn't really solve the termite issue and prematurely added sistering essentially giving the termites more sources of food.

I don't want to get a call the stove is out and have to get one asap and would prefer to find time to get a deal, this is especially important with a fridge because you don't want their food to go bad.
