My LLC is registered in Florida, so I'm uncertain if establishing a NY state LLC would be the best course of action.Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

We don't charge interest on un-drawn funds, so that is unusual.

Therefore, I'm uncertain if my past experience will aid me in finding a suitable real estate agent for investment purposes.

As I dig deeper it seems that its uncertain if CT courts would apply WY laws.

A fixed interest rate of 5% for 10 years is extremely attractive for an uncertain time in interest rates. 

The past handful of years was atypical, and anyone who had recently jumped into the RE game (within around the last 5-10 yrs) most likely have had it fairly easy and straight forward, with unusually low rates and high affordability and steady demand (both buying and renting).

Having been in Houston for about a year now working full time property investing, I can say that multifamily investing is an unusual game out here.

My husband is skeptical and uncertain of the value to be delivered, however.

I still feel uncertain about how much equity to give up when structuring a buy and hold rental deal that I’ll be managing but I’m hoping to find out more from the book and checking out more forums.  

We are uncertain how much that will be at least initially.
