I'm currently in the middle of structuring an owner finance deal and after tackling that last issue, this one feels like a cake walk!

I’m thinking of tackling it step by step and starting with the roof project when I have the money come springtime.

Will be glad to have a bite to eat and chat about REI.I gave up on Bandit Signs about 2yrs ago or so when I had to face a judge for spamming the city - lucky and to make a long story short I had to pay ONLY $600 in fines and 6mo probation.LS

Our goal is to equally benefit in the equity return and tackle more properties in the future. 

I recently graduated North Central College in Naperville, IL and am so eager to tackle my 1st multifamily deal.

It is sharing accurate information to all that read.There are several areas such as this that a Blog or series of articles could tackle very effectively.

But, this type of public advertising for investors/partners is frowned upon by the SEC and most states without the proper registrations having happened beforehand.They frown upon links to articles here and I do not spam so if you want, send me a PM and will give you the link to an article discussing how to stay legal when seeking investors/partners.
