Even if it isn't really feasible, asking -in a general way - if scheduling a visit in the near future is a possibility can give you a lot of info about how a provider treats their clients and how they prioritize new client relationships.

The lower class seem to operate by prioritizing their debt based on who pushes them the most- If Rent-a-center has the most communication with the tenant and negotiates their payments first, then the tenant will pay for their living room set before the rent.
