As far as friends you tend to become like to the top 5 influencers around you.I still hang out with some of my old friends every few months for a movie and to eat etc. but they are not involved in my daily life by choice.

I know they are doing work to upgrade the edge of South Knoxville across the river from Neyland, but how far back do you think the influence of that new space will stretch? 

I would have stayed in touch with my sphere of influence and not underestimate the power of direct mail marketing :'( took me 10 years to realize my mistake 😢

But, you don't seem to want to listen to my suggestions (or you're not really reading my posts) -- you'd rather just keep arguing.I'm very serious when I ask this:  Is there any reason why you are refusing to take my suggestions from the past couple posts on how to gain influence on this site?

I don't let it influence my buying decisions to any extent.

If you believe that the sales price of new items influences the sales price of used items you arrive at the following conclusion. 

Are there any creative ways to come up with the down payment besides cash, or borrowing from sphere of influence?

I do have the dividends still coming in many of my stocks, but I am thankful I have worked for many years to establish stability in real estate where outside influences do not make me crumble!

I realize state laws are changing around the country, but marijuana is still illegal in MN, and to top it off, he was the one who drove the couple to the unit.After they left the showing, we sent them an email saying that we noticed he was under the influence and we wouldn't feel comfortable approving them as tenants and our landlord would not either (he's a police officer).
