The kitchen floor is so rotten that there are holes in it, and it's been taped off to prevent walking.Biggest concern: the living room wall (opposite the 4-6" sunken corner) has separated from the floor.

I have contacted them by phone/text and even left the 10 day notice taped to their door, and still no word from them.

Tape it to their doors if you have to, and take a time stamped photograph when you do.
