While some people rent by the room to travel nurses you'll find that people wanting to rent by the room are usually looking for cheap accommodations and it often doesn't pencil for you.

Our unit contains 1 King bed in the bedroom, and 1 full bed sleeper sofa in the living room and 1 full murphy bed allowing us to accommodate up to 6 people.

@Steve Vaughan   good point on the excise tax,,, Title company and escrow officers are like other companies if your big client bring them a lot of deals they are making money on they will accommodate within the laws...

I have a decent job working for the State and was able to work overtime and save up enough to move my family closer to work, and into a bigger home to accommodate us all.

I appreciate that.Monica - While we'd love to be able to give influence "credits" to people for referrals that happen beyond what our system is able to handle, we simply can't accommodate everyone.

And while the 1031 exchange can accommodate either of those goals very handily it may no be the gut decision you reach.

The building also has a very large paved lot next to it that could be possibly built on to accommodate a large number of units.

In Oakland, California, if a resident indicate a disability check is delayed, we must accommodate that resident if we receive notification of evidence.
