The piping must pass a pressure test observed by DOB.Your plumber also must open a service request with National Grid to provide another gas meter, and they will come out and do their own survey and require authorization from DOB (given as the permit is signed off).

If the property is not separately surveyed and deeded as a lot you may have trouble borrowing money to make improvements, especially since the home is considered "mobile" and could be evicted. 20 miles outside of town doesn't sound like an opportune short-term rental location.

National builders association survey's say the opposite.so the theme of the article is what needs to be done from a builder perspective to attract this massive buying pool as they move out of rentals into their own homes.Smart appliances ,  all sorts of other smart products for the home.. the article said those buyers will expect these upgrades or standard features..
