@David Jarvi I just read an article in Hi-Desert Star about the meeting, but it looks like it's just setting rules and regulations?

I have a 5 star rating through Zillow, and I can offer up many references if you like. 

Now I'm refinancing (long story short I was privately financed by the former owner at 6% and he was charging me $500/mo....250 principal, and 250 interest, so I needed to finance with a bank and wanted to lock into a lower rate since they are shooting for the stars right now).

The key is having a rock star contractor you can trust, a good property manager, and boots on the ground who know the area. 

I think they are a newer up and coming super star when it comes to real estate CRMs.

You as the buyer are of course paying a premium for this just as you're paying a premium to get a steak cooked for you at a 5 star restaurant.
