You will get bombarded with information and it can feel a bit overwhelming, but you will start to pick up on successful trends, phrases, ideas, things to look for, things to avoid etc.

I'm tired of the hassle of dealing with them and I think the neighborhood is at a point where it's "hip/trendy" enough to bring in a higher quality tenant; ie: stable jobs, respect for rules, etc.My issue is that I don't have the funds to develop this property to its full potential.

a phrase that should not have been coined.Posting titles that aren't clear, everyone does it from time to time but try to think that if your title doesn't capture the essence of the issue you are going to miss a lot of great contributors reading your post.

Its still a bit flavorful in this area with recent robberies, and a murder in one of the houses off Cortelyou Rd (which is a trendy street).

This phrase stays in the back on my mind.
