They will say its just more volume but there is no differentiator

Hi Angelo, I do but Europe is huge and very differentiated you need to understand the current local laws and regulations and appraise the risk of them changing (getting worse).

Each state, city, neighborhood is very different.

It's extremely hard if not completely impossible to differentiate yourself. 

For STR's in any market, I'd say make sure you know your competitive differentiators in a particular property.
