Stephanie was homeless with 6 kids and after running into her and talking for a few minutes she also told me she was not only living in a homeless shelter but had what’s called a Department of Social Services Voucher which means she can move into any apartment and the landlord will be fully paid every month through a county program indefinitely.

I have told presidents of banks before good luck with those programs but I am not even close to being a customer with those terms.Some banks are in growth mode on certain types of lending and will  get aggressive to land business.

Meet with a mortgage broker to see what kind of loan programs they offer and what they count towards income, then you'll know what you can structure to help the sellers out. 

Because of the program I was in, I was issued and wore a U.S.

I loved the seminar however I didn't invest in the program . 

I am looking for a program which tenants can use to pay their rent online.

Most have networking before the event starts, then some business before the main program, such as introductions or deal exchange, and then a speaker, and then more networking. 

Don't get caught up in the "programs" as I call them, and think that one solution would be the best solution to every problem, life just doesn't work that way.Adam
