I went to their website and I only see two permits related to power upgrades on both panels (story 1 and 2).

For example, if I put in brand new 6 panel doors I think I can charge $15 dollars extra per month.

The house is split level, 4 levels, 3 bed, 2 3/4 bath, large two car garage with about 3000 total square feet including the unfinished basement.The house is very dated, harvest gold bathroom fixtures, green stain, 2 hinge flat green/brown stained flat panel (luan) doors.

Oven not working is usually one of three things... defective element, do it yourself cheep fix, fuse, do it yourself cheep fix, computer control panel, replace with used appliance...$200..  

Pay off property asap.Rehab:  kitchen, electrical panel, Front stoops, level floor, misc items.

Pushing this idea a bit further:Her unit encompasses all of the utilities (sewer access, heating, hot water tank, electrical panel) so if they break down, she's responsible?

Would need commercial vinyl throughout, 1/4 drywall  in some areas where there is ugly wood paneling, a landscape fresh up and new paint.

Maybe its because I just pulled off the crappy paneling surrounding the kitchen and since its an older house the floor has settled causing it to be uneven.  

All new paint, flooring, plumbing, countertops, electric panels and some appliances (approx $3k/unit). 

Now I just have to ask the seller to fix all the electric, I have a combo KT and Romex panel electric system that the insurance company has to inspect before they grant insurance ($83 mo).
