I discovered co workers who used to live in Houston, they advised me on which areas to avoid and which areas are good, confirming my research.Looked in areas near groceries, Hardware stores, hospitals, police stations, and Starbucks.I know some investors who use judgmental maps to avoid crime areas.Hope this helps!
