I would think that is not an issue in florida because I think those are pumps for uphill systems. 

I have heard it referred to as "Entrepreneur Bipolarism" -- where the mind is constantly battling itself on what is the best next step to advance one's portfolio.

Then right out of college you'll have to pray to God that there is actually a job, in your field of education, available- which is its own battle.

@Adrian Chu well I'm glad you mentioned the 3-down conventionals - after some quick googling it looks like you are correct that this would be my best bet... regardless, you are right, certainly an uphill battle when facing competition without need for financing. 

In our experience (CT and NY), fire alarm/suppression contractors are in a close battle with elevator companies as being the most frustrating tedious to deal with.  

My children are my world, and we definitely need some financial support for custody battles and their needs and wants.

Many people pay for programs because they think it will replace their need to make such a big uphill push.
