While I might not pressure wash due to the high amount of water (that will freeze the next day) and how many things react to cold temperatures and high pressure, you should be able to find someone that will do a wash of at least the front.

My goals in real estate is to support the things that I love to do, which include being outdoors, fixing up my 1971 VW Bus,working in theatre/film and traveling. 

The only issue was that the AC was about 10 years old, and the temperature differential was 15 degrees.  

Honestly, some foliage and a few basic chairs could create a peaceful outdoor space for very low investment- maybe wait on the building decision and have this in the meantime.

all the carpet is soaked as of today and if the temperatures were higher mold would growing at, as it rained on me a few times.

I would have an outdoor shower, foot rinse, and place to store beach items so people aren't dragging sand inside.No attraction nearby?
