In my observation, they are often past the peak of their useful life span.  

They are only my initial observations so far.  

I'm about 30 years too late getting to @Bill Gulley free course, but my observation is that there are many variations of ways to help kids (or grown ups) learn the power of real estate and everything associated with acquisition, building, owning, managing, etc.  

Though I've only been observing the game for a short time, that factor seems to separate the very successful investors from the rest of the pack. 

I have no reservations on mixing hard number data with a host of cultural observations, social science, anecdotes and an occasional WAG (wild *** guess) or two to come up with my personal barometer on my investment strategy.

28269, I was observing this area a lot and noticed just that, decent prices but the homes are crammed with each other in okay neighborhoods.

There are some really good resources on BP and some PRO members that are literally EXPERTS.  10 years ago it was unheard of, its been my observation that this sort of financing is becoming more mainstream as of late. 

I would check the demographics of the zip you are looking in and compare it to my observations.

Then were observant enough to notice the sign had a different number.

In the three months I've been learning out here I've observed that at you move down rt 25, Denver is just going crazy, Colorado Springs is competitive but still has possibilities, and Pueblo is by far the lowest price, but comes with all the problems that go along with that.
