The Fed will ignore oil prices and other core CPI items that are influenced by oil prices in it's inflation forecast and act accordingly.Wage growth, and other prices, still grow, and the Fed is being very clear that they will raise rates until labor costs get in line with their core inflation targets. 

Be a positive influence...a giver, not a taker.

That might influence my decision.Gut feeling is keep it on low fixed debt unless you have a great property lined up.

What usually happens is everyone considers it a "shared" fence because it's so close to the line that the neighbor just incorporates everything on his/her side into their sphere of influence - grass cutting, etc. 

Social media influencers selling courses, HGTV making it seem like a flip is a simple way to make $100k in 3 months with no risk.  

My experiences is that while the national economy, interest rates, and policy are incredibly relevant to what I do, I also have zero influence over them.

I agree with the others on here that this has all of the elements of undue influence.

The Fed only influences mortgage rates, which are generally tracks the 10yr.
