Thanks for the reply @Steve G.I appreciate your offer for further guidance in regards to wholesaling.That's the way that I think about it to; you get what you pay for. 5K seems relatively inexpensive if I can make 3X that or more (conservatively) if I follow the advice and hit the grind.
