If the lender doesn't take the rental income into account but does take the PITI into account on my DTI I wouldn't qualify for a 2nd home, unfortunately I couldn't float 2 mortgage payments (I still have a fair amount of student loan debt).

Putting down 25% plus paying the rehab costs for the houses in my price range would basically mean coming out of pocket 40k to 45k on every deal.I'm guessing they're floating that money until a year or some time period where they can get a cash out refi with a bank.

So i have attempted to update my profile photo everyday for the past 5 days. i set the photo hit apply it looks like its loading then it vanishes and i still have no photo.... my banner photo updated just fine but for some reason i cant change my profile photo...... am i missing something?

Apartment buildings/complexes had big banners hanging on the buildings advertising "no credit checks" "first month free", and yes, the rents came down significantly.The thing was, even though a lot of people lost their homes due to foreclosure, they too, didn't stay local.
