I agree with @Amy A. it only takes a month to month and a half to evict someone and that is only if you have to go through the whole process, court, police etc.

My wanting to help out some young people (the first time) resulted in police on site for domestic abuse, social services checking on child welfare, non-payments and about $2500 in damages after they finally left (holes punched into walls, damaged carpets, etc)I'm not saying don't take a chance, but make sure the rental rate is not lower than the market (which attracts undesirables at times), and do your due diligence!

If the cash value to premium ratio isn't about 85%, its not designed for minimum non-MEC.That was my description.Be careful not to confuse level premium with level benefit.Note also, that polices may differ between insurers.
