If they screwed us around, didn't pay last months rent, or left the place incredibly dirty, broken blinds, burnt out bulbs, didn't get moved out in time etc   Then we might be a little more strict on keys.We are strict with light bulbs and blinds. 

Sometimes the house will have no blinds, if the inside has no furniture then I consider it "abandoned". 

The challenge there is there are SO many options you can go blind. 

Oh, and you might consider finding a forum more geared toward your blind investing strategies.

The Lions Club makes housing available for blind tenants, Habitat for Humanity provides housing only for certain low income (Christian) tenants to advance to homeownership, and in some over crowded college towns, a fraternity may own housing and rent only to member students.

It was the blind leading the blind.- For a project of that scope, there were many costs that I knew nothing about, and that my mortgage broker either didn't know about or didn't tell me about.  

This would not be something I would just try blindly and certainly not alone. 

We typically work with a title company.Some title companies will do a blind HUD for the sellers.

There were many warning signs over the past few months but I decided turn a blind eye to it.Always pay your debts back to money partners without excuse.

That is why I was wanting to at least let you know that I wasn't stepping into this completely blind.
