Second is ability to work with worldwide RE and not only RE within particular country.To repeat my question: Since its very unlikely that i could find (or even get in touch with) a person or agency looking for such remote employees (beginners), I am asking my question INDIRECTLY: Who could i contact for assistance with finding such remote part time, temporary, job?

It will just be a country wide, world wide, social media/mass media educational public service announcement, one blog post, facebook update, Twitter update, instagram photo, youtube video at a time. 

The first thing to check is whether your country assesses tax on your worldwide income (that's what France or US do) or on only domestically sourced income (that's what Hong Kong does).

@Brian JarosInvesting in out-of-state rental properties does add some complexities to your tax profile.Since you live in Chicago; you are required to file an Illinois Resident state tax return where you report your worldwide income.

As a US citizen you are subject to US tax on your worldwide income.

I only got tid bits of the issue on the news, so I had no other info.I did hear commentary by a regulator in England saying that the attitude in banking is threatning the confidence in the financial systems world wide and that things must change.
