Looking for RE savvy CPA in Chicago Burbs!

Background: I’m under contract for my first property out of state. I’ve got a lawyer and am all ready to set up my own LLC for investing. Problem: I want an accountant on my team to assist me with optimizing my RE and LLC deductions, as well as assisting me in the initial setup of my accounts. One wrinkle is that I am investing exclusively in out of state properties, so that adds a little complication to the situation. Do any of you fellow investors have an accountant they are happy with?
