From my employer, I have legal insurance through ARAG that covers 100% of attorney fees when buying a primary residence, filing fees are extra.

In my small city (70,000 or so) we have a university with about 20,000 students with a nursing school, hospital, and obviously several mid size employers that I’m sure have people travel into this area for business purposes.  

For example, there's an Employment Verification Form, Forwarding Address Form for Deposit Refund, and so forth, that you can request your tenant to fill out.I want to make sure I'm not missing anything (as well as protecting myself) but also don't want to over-burden the tenant. 

Like do people drive .5 - 1.5 hrs to get to their workplace?

You shouldn't need a VOE (verification of employment) since this loan type doesn't factor in employment history or income. 

Is it a term commitment or are you just employed with a company until you choose to leave or move on?
