The legislative package of the Arkansas Bar Association is supposed to include that legislation, and it sounds like it has widespread support and is considered noncontroversial.  

That is just one story so not sure how widespread it is but for them offering the carpet allowance did not entice anyone.If I was you I would call around and find someone whom is more hungry for business and installs carpet and get it done ASAP.

There can be a wide spread in values offered.

With this design, I simply took feedback from the last one and quickly made a simple BP teeshirt and offered it in a way that doesn't cost BiggerPockets any money or time in printing, shipping, labeling, and distributing.This is just for fun, and a tiny tiny side project to allow people that love BiggerPockets a way to get a teeshirt.I am happy to take user suggestions, and if there is widespread approval, to offer those shirts as well.  

The take away about France is as follow:pros- relative market stability - stable currency (euro)cons- highest taxes to gdp in the world (capital gain taxes, transfer tax, income tax etc)- extremely complex / opaque tax system and aggressive tax authorities - widespread corruption around high profile transactions and construction permits- 3 months transaction close due to high regulation burden - local authorities have first look right to purchase the property you have under contract.

There's such a widespread belief that landlords should do everything, even their own repairs and maintenance.

There are some few units that get the tenant to pay the condo fee, but that practice is not widespread and not readily accepted by the tenants here.I have also owned some condo units with rental restrictions. 

@Sylvia B.I'm not particularly fond of it either, but it is a widespread use in the industry.  

And in so doing as I knew when I started this you run into people doing these kinds of things.Throughout this processs, I learned a lot about myself, a lot about others and it became even more real to me how widespread and nasty hater-people can be and how predatory the media outlets and Fake News are.   

The power company doesn't control the weather nor can it, with such widespread damage, give a realistic ETA.
