Are there any books, or sites, or webinars or anything out there about how to manage airbnb properties that anyone knows about?

My best advice is to learn as much as you can, use that learning to take a small bit of action, and then repeat -- forever.For example, let's say you're taking a webinar on how to analyze a rental deal.

I’ve read many books on RE and have watched countless webinars but I’m more of a visual learner.

I'm learning the fundamentals of Wholesale through reading lots of Books, attending Webinars, listening to podcasts, and now I'm starting to attend local meet ups and local REIA, and of course BP.

help me please I really would like to see the webinar how to buy your first, second or third property but it is at 1 in the morning in the Netherlands.

I wish there was a webinar or such on all financing options for investment properties.

In fact, I'd also recommend trying to catch one of those weekly webinars that Brandon Turner does - he usually goes through analyzing a deal in each one, and it may give you a better idea of how to calculate how much of a mortgage you can take on. 

(Brandon walked us through evaluating a deal on the webinar, but I didn’t see a place input that type of data..?)

Most syndicators will also follow up an investment summary with a webinar.
