I believe United FCU is best. 20% down, usually a 10yr term (they offer a longer term though), and an interest rate that's pretty close to the current average for conventional loans.

I could see a requirement, perhaps under the Patriot Act, that requires all landlords to get a SSN/TIN from everyone living in a unit and report that (or lack of) to the federal government.
