This is especially valuable for first-time investors because you get to see a tried and proven strategy unfold, even take part in it, and get a great education out of it without relying on yourself to figure out all the details on your own for your first time. 

After watching this nightmare unfold, it's become very evident that the politics of oil are still at the forefront of our economy, and we are so strictly divided over the policies related to climate change that it forces one party to favor buying oil from our enemies, while the other wants to be completely independent of other countries in regard to oil production. 

The industry is definitely undergoing some changes.Time will tell and I can't wait to see how this will unfold for an average investors.

Only a handful of new projects are in and is typically from General Contractors that are doing their very first MFH development.In summary I see big players pumping the brakes hard, and new players starting to drive.For the big MFH investors / master builders, in your game of chess and your current strategy for your organization what are the factors of currently doing this at this moment.Is this current strategy due to the new 40yr loan products that may be affecting, waiting to see the unknown unfold in the market?
