When you sign up for a membership on the website, the TOS clearly points to our Forum rules and they are posted at the top of ALL forum pages.This isn't about someone not knowing where to start; the person abusing the site clearly was undertaking a campaign to solicit as many people as possible, despite rules saying it wasn't okay.

We were able to buy that place with a 95% 1yr ARM and a 5% seller "redecorating credit" (nothing down).We moved into the new house, lived there six months and sold for a 120K profit.
