Sorry for the SPAM in the Groups This Evening

It seems that one of the members of the site thought it would behoove him to advertise his property for sale in 2 separate posts in almost every group that he was a part of. This SPAMMER posted his ad on the forums a whopping 74 times - a new BiggerPockets record.
For that distinction, he and his company have been permanently BANNED from BiggerPockets.
NOTE: Anyone posting the same solicitation across multiple groups will have their duplicate post removed. Doing so will also put you in jeopardy of losing your posting and group membership privileges.
There is no need to abuse the site, and to piss our members off. Post once and people will see it. If you want people in multiple groups to see it, then put it in the Classifieds.
We will NOT put up with Group SPAM abuse!
