Keep in mind that the areas you're looking at are not tropical and have seasonal weather.I've seen houseboats in The Keys as successful rentals.I hope you can make a profit but I think it'll be tough.Good luck

Doesn't matter what company they are not going to feed you great leads and just plant money in your pocket with little to no work.It's not the company.The people that make 50k a year think a company will make them successful.
