@Ryan M. keep your powder dry and get more educated before jumping into anything. 

Got tired of waiting and started investing some of my opportunity fund/dry powder into some specific stocks as they meet my price targets.  

If it's more than a dip and we truly enter a bear market, then you should keep some dry powder to pick up real estate when it goes on sale 12+ months from now.Rents will only go down slightly as real estate drops so that's no big deal unless you're barely breaking even, but if you are, then you're banking on appreciation not cash flow...

Powder Springs is moving like crazy right now. 

As part of opening up the floor plan on the main floor though we will be putting in a powder room.

In my opinion Lexington is generally a safe city no matter where you are, however most of the money resides outside of city limits (grandiose horse farms, "old" money, bourbon fortunes, etc.).Saying Lexington has a bad part of town is kinda like saying you had a bad day on the mountain; might not be bluebird powder but you're still skiing!

I was looking at every possible way to cure / treat cancer with natural stuff like alkaline food, black seeds, moringa leaves powder, baking soda & lemon, vitamin C doses... 

There was a recent Akron cop that was hospitalized after brushing some 'powder' off his shirt after a vehicle search.

Are you thinking only of a powder room or a 3/4 bath?
