I have directv at one  of my cabins because that is all  I could get, but I had it at my house for over a 10 year span and can only remember it going  out due to weather like  twice over 10 years.Are  you sure spectrum is the provider for your cabin and its not Comcast Xfinity?

Based on the awesome input I got here from everyone, I've updated my CapEx and Repair model - takes into account lifespan over 30 years, and if the age is within 85% of its lifespan, it puts the cost in the replace column, and automatically reduce the capex lifespan cost by the initial replacement cost, otherwise it just takes the replacement cost per year over the span of 30 years. 

If not then need to budget for floors 10 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, hvac 20 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 20 year life spa, etc.

When you decide to take it on yourself and build a structure with a flat roof with 2x6s that span far with no support and it collapses from snownload and kills someone renting your unpermitted structure that you built.
