Can someone please recommend a plumber in the Tampa/Wesley Chapel Florida area that you have used and have had great results with their work.

It's one of those, "if all the stars, planets, AND moon particles align" type scenarios which is unlikely at best.

@Dena Wesley I would recommend some type of insurance broker that can write insurance through multiple companies.

I have 2 SFH homes in the area for a few years and have used All Star Properties and have been happy with them.  

I thank my lucky stars I never did because I wound up in investing in Charlotte and doing much better than I would have anywhere in NY metro.  

I really want to star taking action NOW and get that first property under contract.
